Adding More Characters to An Account

Bird, when I posted the stats for my newest charrie, Ash, you said I didn't need to post the form again. Could you please explain? :3

Its Because When Your RPing Somebody's Kit, The Stats have already been made & Checked, so theres no need to fill out a join form. But, When your like creating a total random new charrie, you need to make a join form so your stats may be approved. :3
