LeafPools Nest

LeafPool brought her kits in, snuggling close to them.
The winter was harsh, and she knew she HAD to protect them.

BirdStar padded in, dropping a heap of warm moss, feathers and rabbit skin, and forming a very long nest that would fit LeafPool and her kits. "This should sustain your kits warmth for a few days." She said, smiling slightly. "This winter is going to be terrifying." She said, fear, concern, and sadness flashing in her eyes. She layed down in her nest, near LeafPool's, licking her kits heads lovingly, and pulling them close to her, warming them.

She nodded
"Thank you"
She bowed
"BirdStar, since the winter? is harsh, and cold will defently get to MANY kits, could I stay longer?"

She nodded. "Yes, you may stay until the beginning of Green-Leaf." She said, smiling slightly.

She smiled
"Thanks"

She nodded and smiled.

She licked her kits, making sure they were warm.

She smiled. "Gorgeous kits, Leaf." She said.

"Thank you" She smiled proudly

Nods and smiles.

"How are your kits doing?"
"I ought to check up on them"

She sighed happily. "There good, thankfully." She said.

ShadowBringer rushes in and glances at BirdStar then licks LeafPool affectionately," Have the kits been okay?"

She nodded, and purred, smiling
"Yes, they have been just healthy"

She smiled slightly, watching for a moment, then turning back to her kits.

purrs softly and licks LeafPools cheek," good!" turns to BirdStar," I can't thank you enough for letting the kits stay until GreenLeaf BirdStar, if there is anything I can do, just ask!"

Sun Padded in clumsily. His flufffy kittypet paws thumping noisly against the gound.

ThunderShock shooed him away. "Queens rest there!"

Shadow wraps tail around LeafPool affectionately, and licks one of her ears.
